  • Gratitude Garden: Reflect on three things you're grateful for today, big or small. How do these blessings make you feel? How can you carry this warm feeling of gratitude with you throughout your day?

  • Starlight Strengths: List three strengths or qualities you admire in yourself. How have these strengths helped you overcome challenges in the past? How can you leverage them to tackle future obstacles?

  • Silver Linings: Think of a recent setback or disappointment. What blessings or lessons did it bring? How can you reframe it to see the silver lining or hidden opportunities?
