Navigating Triggers: Identify a recent situation or thought that triggered your anxiety. Explore why this particular trigger had such an impact on you. How can you manage or reframe these triggers in the future?
Self-Compassion Practice: Imagine you're writing a letter to your best friend who is feeling anxious. What encouraging and supportive words would you share? How can you treat yourself this same compassion in your daily life?
Body and Mind Connection: Take a few moments to check in with your body. Are you holding tension anywhere? What physical sensations do you notice when you're feeling anxious? Use this awareness to practice gentle movements or deep breathing exercises.
Vision for Healing: Envision a life where anxiety has less control over your thoughts and actions. What does this look like for you? What little steps can you take today to move closer to this vision? How can you celebrate small victories along the way?
